General Terms

Prime Market - is a marketplace that brings the seller and the buyer together directly. Prime Market accepts payment from you for the seller's goods on the basis of a previously concluded agreement with the Seller Agreement. Prime Market does not interfere in the process of your transaction, but only provides a convenient interface for its execution. Prime Market is not responsible for the quality of goods, but is only responsible for the timely delivery of goods in case of payment. Please note: all sellers are verified users. This means the seller has made a deposit, helping to reduce the risk of fraud and increase trust.


Safe selection of goods

As practice shows, most misunderstandings in online purchases arise from hasty decisions - when the buyer has not carefully familiarized himself with the description, terms of sale or delivery. Therefore, do not rush. Spend a little time to carefully study all the information about the product and its seller - this will help to avoid unpleasant surprises. 


When selecting an item, we strongly recommend that you:                                

                               

  • Before buying, please read the product description carefully and make sure that it meets your expectations. All information is provided by the seller, and from the description it should be clear what exactly you will receive after payment. If you have any questions or doubts - be sure to contact the seller directly, as it is he who has full information about the product.                                                                          

  • Pay attention to the number of sales of the selected product and the presence of reviews. If among them there are negative ones - this is a reason to think, study the description more carefully and ask the seller clarifying questions. Do not ignore such signals - they will help you make an informed decision and avoid an unsuccessful purchase.  

  • Pay attention to the seller's rating - this is the main indicator of its reputation on our trading platform. Rating is formed solely on the basis of feedback from real buyers who have made a purchase. Positive feedback increases the rating by an amount equal to (price of goods in USD / 100), and negative - reduces it by (price of goods in USD / 10). The higher the rating, the higher the level of trust in the seller.                                    


Product Review

Leave feedback on every item purchased on our marketplace - you can change it if you need to. To do this, go to "My Purchases" log in and in the table with your orders click on the name of the desired order. Recall that reviews affect the seller's rating. In addition, a negative review (rating “bad”) temporarily blocks the seller's activity if his rating has become negative. Please note: you can leave a negative feedback no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. 


What should I do if I've been scammed?

First of all, do not worry or panic. Most misunderstandings arise because either the buyer has not carefully read the seller's terms and conditions and product description, or the seller has not clearly explained what he is selling and how.

So, if you believe you have been a victim of fraud, your sequence of action should be as follows: 

  • First of all, read the product description and terms of purchase carefully again. If you were inattentive, contact the seller, explain the situation and try to resolve the issue with him. Most likely, the seller will meet you halfway.                                        

  • If you believe that the product you received is not as described, please leave a negative review of the product. To do this in the section "My Purchases" log in, select the desired product and leave a review with a rating of “bad”. If within 24 hours the seller has not contacted you and fixed the problem, create a ticket through the support service indicating the order number

  • If a seller's rating becomes negative, all of their products are automatically blocked. The seller will be notified to contact you to resolve the situation. If within 3 days he fails to provide convincing arguments to challenge the feedback, Prime Market administration will refund your funds from the seller's account - minus a 5% service fee.
